Down to the Details

  • Our retreat home is a one-hour drive from Denver International Airport. We will be connecting retreat guests in advance to coordinate shared rides.

  • This retreat is open to sober and sober-curious women. Our intention is to bring together a group with a shared interest in living alcohol-free. This retreat is not a replacement to addiction treatment and will not be suitable for those in active addiction.

  • You definitely do not need to be an experienced hiker to join us! Mary & Carrie are both passionate about sharing the joys of hiking and movement in nature and making retreats as accessible as possible. Feel free to get in touch to discuss if this is right for you!

  • Absolutely! We’ve created this experience in order to encourage connection and build community. Many women have traveled to our retreats solo.

  • We get it and we got you. We know that everyone arrives feeling a bit anxious and have programmed the initial evening accordingly.

  • Definitely not. The entire weekend’s agenda is simply an invitation. Every hike, yoga session, excursion and activity is completely up to you. No expectations. You decide.

  • Brave does not refund retreat payments. It is recommended that you obtain your own travel insurance should you need to cancel for any unforeseeable reason. A portion of your payment may be applied toward a future retreat (within 2 years) according to the details listed in the cancellation policy.
