Down to the Details

  • The retreat home is located in Evergreen, Colorado. The drive is approximately 1 hour from the Denver International Airport.

  • This retreat is open to sober and sober-curious women. Our intention is to bring together a group with a shared interest in living alcohol-free. This retreat is not a replacement to addiction treatment and will not be suitable for those in active addiction.

  • That’s ok! No hiking experience required. A general level of physical fitness is recommended. If you do have physical limitations that prevent you from hiking, this is likely not a good fit

  • Absolutely! We’ve created this experience in order to encourage connection and build community. Many women have travelled to Brave’s previous hiking destinations solo.

  • We get it and we got you. We know that most guests feel a bit anxious getting out of their comfort zone and meeting new people. We have programmed the initial evening when everyone arrives accordingly.

  • Definitely not. The entire weekend’s agenda is simply an invitation. Every hike, yoga session, excursion and activity is completely up to you. No expectations. You decide.

  • Brave does not refund retreat payments. It is highly recommended that you obtain your own travel insurance should you need to cancel for any unforeseeable reason. A portion of your payment may be applied toward a future retreat (within 1 year) according to the details listed in the cancellation policy.
